Board of Trustees

The Hutton Settlement is governed by a Board of Trustees with the objective to improve the lives of children by instilling strong values, providing superior education, support and opportunity for success.

Administrative Staff

Michael E. Butler is Hutton’s Administrator and provides oversight for the children's home, manages all Hutton operations and the Hutton Endowment Fund. 

Monique Cotton is the Director of Community Relations and Communication and manages all communication and public relations activities.

Patty Provence is the Administrative Assistant for Hutton’s downtown office, located at 422 W. Riverside #931, Spokane, WA 99201.

Campus Staff

Each of the four campus homes is staffed by trained houseparent teams and relief teams.  Additionally, in order to maintain the necessary 24-hour guidance, a number of child care staff members live on campus.

Mary Jo Lyonnais-Baun is the Director of Children & Family Services

Russell Hyslop is the Director of Youth Development

Pam Hydrick and Traci Mertens are Hutton’s Social Service Coordinators
