The Hutton Settlement seeks service minded individuals and couples to join our excellent team to work within the cottages and campus, practicing and modeling servant leadership. Our employees come from a variety of experiences, educational backgrounds and family situations. This diversity is our strength, and makes for a rich and effective work environment. Although our roles and backgrounds may vary, as employees we are united in the cause of modeling and teaching the values of a strong work ethic, academic achievement, compassionate service and effective personal and community leadership for our chiildren.
Full-time employees receive a monthly salary and an extensive benefit package including
- Medical, dental and life insurance
- 401(K) retirement plan
- 10 days paid vacation after first year (15 days after 5 years)
- 6 paid holidays and 2 "personal" days
- Personal educational and training fund
- Group membership at local YMCA health club
- Room and board on our beautiful 319 acre campus (for designated positions)
